RELLIS FAQ
The RELLIS Academic Alliance allows students to take their freshman- and sophomore-level courses through the Blinn College District at the RELLIS Campus and then transfer seamlessly to leading Texas A&M University System universities that also are located at RELLIS to complete their bachelor's degree.
Additionally, Blinn has the opportunity to partner with other organizations and institutions located on the RELLIS Campus, including innovative private research and development companies, the Texas A&M Engineering Experiment Station (TEES), and the Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service (TEEX).

When choosing a college, campus tours are an essential part of the planning process. We encourage students and parents to set up a time to visit the RELLIS Campus. Tours are available throughout the week and allow students to see the campus, talk with our student ambassador, and ask any questions about Blinn and the RELLIS Academic Alliance. Tuition and the general fees are the same for all Blinn students. The rates for the 2022-2023 school year are as follows:

*In-district Texas resident tuition rate applies to residents of Washington County. In addition to the tuition and general fees, students will be charged a non-refundable RELLIS Campus fee of $50 per semester for the fall and spring semesters and $25 for summer I and summer II. For more information, please refer to the Blinn College District Catalog.
Blinn students attending classes at RELLIS must purchase a parking permit through Texas A&M University Transportation Services. Blinn student parking permits are not valid at the RELLIS Campus. RELLIS Campus permits are not valid at Blinn's Brenham, Bryan, and Schulenburg Campuses.
To purchase a permit and register a vehicle, Blinn students should visit transport.tamu.edu/account. On the bottom left side of the page under "Blinn Students," use your myBLINN credentials to log into your account.
Additionally, the Aggie Spirit Bus Route 47 (RELLIS) will transport students from Texas A&M University to the RELLIS Campus. The Aggie Spirit Bus Route 12 (Reveille) will transport students from the Blinn-Bryan Campus on Villa Maria Road to the Texas A&M University campus where students may then connect to the Route 47 bus. Students may co-enroll in classes on both campuses, permitting they have enough time to commute on days they have classes at both campuses.
If you wish to enroll in classes at both Blinn-Bryan and RELLIS, you may complete a Campus Change or Campus Override Request Form that will allow you to request to take one or more classes at a different campus or change your campus designation.
Blinn students (with the exception of TEAM and Texas A&M Engineering Academy students) do not have access to Texas A&M services and amenities.
Blinn students who takes classes at RELLIS (with the exception of TEAM and Texas A&M Engineering at Blinn (TEAB) students should send their FAFSA to Blinn. The Blinn College District’s federal school code is 003549. TEAM and TEAB students must submit their FAFSA to Texas A&M University.
The on-site Barnes & Noble bookstore, located inside the Schwartz Building, has a variety of food options and concessions, and is open Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. More information on resources and services may be found on the Blinn College Barnes & Noble website.
The Blinn RELLIS Administration Building (BLRA) includes a vending area and the Houston Street Deli is located on the first floor of the RELLIS Academic Complex Building 1 (ACB1).
A Baylor Scott & White health clinic will be available to students in the Walter C. Schwartz Building. Services will be provided through a physician assistant or nurse practitioner. Students and families may visit the Blinn Health Clinics website for a list of services offered.
Yes. Students will be able to purchase items such as pens, pencils, scantrons, notebooks, etc., however, textbooks are not available at the bookstore. The W.C. Schwartz bookstore will not serve as a “pick-up” location for textbooks ordered and purchased online through the Barnes & Noble Official Campus Bookstore website. Textbooks purchased through this website can be shipped to the students’ home address. Students can also pick up their ordered and paid-for textbooks at the Barnes & Noble Official Campus Bookstore on the Bryan Campus.
Faculty and staff bulk printing services for RELLIS will be coordinated through the College District's contract with FedEx. For student printing needs, pay-per-copy printers are located throughout the buildings in key student areas.
